The district includes the Fresno County cities of Caruthers, Firebaugh, Fowler, Kerman, Mendota, Parlier, Reedley, Sanger, San Joaquin, Selma, Tranquillity, and portions of Fresno, and the Tulare County cities of Cutler-Orosi and Dinuba.
