Assembly Member Carter would Like to Announce Her Second Annual “It Ought to Be a Law” Contest
Have you ever thought to yourself that something should be a law, but isn’t? Have you ever felt that a law was unfair and wished that there was something that could be done to change it? Well then, Assembly Member Wilmer Amina Carter wants to hear from you! That’s right, Assembly Member Carter is proud to announce the launch of this year’s “It Ought to Be a Law” contest in the 62nd Assembly District.
Assembly Member Carter strongly urges all residents of the 62nd Assembly District to submit ideas for new bills, so that the Assembly Member can better represent our district in Sacramento, and make real changes that will make a difference in our community.
Please complete and submit the application by November 30, 2008 to be considered for the Second Annual “It Ought to Be a Law” Contest.
Completed applications should be mailed to P.O. Box 942849, Sacramento, CA 94249-0062.
